Robert Half is seeking a Field Compensation Specialist to join the Compensation Specialist family, which oversees the administration and interpretation of the North America Field Compensation programs including compliance.
Provide basic and detailed analysis of the administration and policy compliance of the field compensation program. This involves researching, validating and reporting on the performance of field compensation program for compliance with established policies, working with NA Field Compensation Supervisor, District Administrative Coordinators (DAC) and internal departments (Staff Payroll and Staffing Reporting) to respond to field questions and concerns.
Provide customer service to District Administrative Coordinators (DAC's) on field compensation related issues and provide clarifications and recommendations.
Perform monthly bonus detail sheet adjustments to handle monthly exceptions and system overrides.
Recommend solutions to bonus adjustment issues and special bonus agreements.
Process recurring Bonus Advance, Compensation Write-off requests and special bonuses.
Review that all submitted forms are compliant with the field comp guidelines and proper approvals are submitted. Proper documentation of each special deal submitted by the field and is properly archived through email or Varicent system.
Ensure all Staffing Professionals are coded correctly in MyCompPlan to ensure proper payout of their monthly bonus.
Perform monthly processes in MyCompPlan to release Bonus Detail Sheets and maintain the workflow access for the users of the MyCompPlan web client.
Create, format and distribute manual Field Compensation Reports to Corporate/Field Management on an ongoing and ad hoc basis and bring any issues/discrepancies to NA Field Compensation Operation Supervisor.
Provide individual impact analysis to the field upon request on an ad hoc basis.
Assist and complete various Compensation projects and Special projects.
Streamlining efforts and work practices.
Maintenance/updating of the field compensation salary structures, job values, thresholds, overrides and related materials.
Maintain/update Field Compensation microsite as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred, or equivalent experience.
2+ years administrative/coordinator role, with 1+ years of compensation or Human Resource experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office products with an above-average proficiency in MS Excel.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
Ability to use basic math.
Must be flexible to work within fast-pace environment with tight deadlines.
Must be able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
