Position

The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst is a key role in supporting organizational readiness, performance, client management, and the overall success of services within the company. This role directly supports the organization’s Business Intelligence function by taking a lead role in providing quality checks for data reports delivered to clients, individually completing basic analyses and ad hoc requests, assessing and communicating opportunities for data quality improvement, providing communication and product support to clients receiving pharmacy data, and delivering high quality reports.

The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a consistently high-level of data quality assurance.  The candidate must exhibit the ability to problem solve and analyze issues, as well as research root causes.  The candidate must have communication skills that enable them to interact with internal and external clients in a meaningful and fruitful way.

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform quality checks and deliver contractual reporting requirements in adherence to the outlined schedule, format and delivery method

  • Provides reconciliation of any data issues that arise out of gaps in quality checks

  • Creates documentation for internal and external reporting

  • Support Data Reporting launches for new drugs by testing all new feeds internally and with client

  • Writes queries for basic internal ad hoc data requests

  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews for clients

  • Attend meetings with client teams on regular cadences to verify delivery and cleanliness of data

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with pharmacy operations

Critical Skills


  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel primary

  • Experience with SQL (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail (required)

  • Ability to learn position quickly and efficiently

  • Effective communication skills

  • Work on team and client facing

Education

  • 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
