A little about the Boise Inside Sales Warehouse:

The support staff work primarily in the retail center and help ensure our ability to serve of our customers. The support staff ensure the retail front is well stocked, clean, tidy, and organized. Members of the Inside Sales department are all expected to be able to assist customers and offer outstanding customer service. Our employees are exposed to nearly every facet of the building industry. The employees that are successful here are prime candidates to take the next step into building materials sales. We are looking for people that are problem solvers and able to find creative ways to take care of situations. Our successful employees can find ways to say yes when others find reasons to say no. A successful employee will find a way to accomplish a goal using any tool at their disposal so long as it is moral, ethical, and mutually beneficial to the customer, vendor, and our company. We want staff members that understand the necessity and value of every level of job in our business. The people that sell product are no more and no less important than the people responsible for taking out the trash. Often these are the same people. We promote a competitive atmosphere with an emphasis on team and mutual benefit. We believe in partnering with our customers and vendors to promote mutual success.
