Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and administration of a 24-hour residential alcohol and drug treatment center. The Program Supervisor will oversee the duties and responsibilities of facility safety, security, and sanitation staff, monitor progress toward program goals, complete monthly reports, and coordinate with internal department staff to ensure coordination in all activities involving resident. The Program Supervisor is responsible for organizing and implementing continuous program training and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements identified by the State Licensing Division as well as local and federal contractors.

About the Facility:

The Renaissance Treatment Center, our 120-bed multi-dimensional residential treatment facility, addresses the complex issues facing individuals with substance abuse addictions by offering a unique continuum of care.

Key Duties:


  • Directs overall supervision of residents in facility and coordinates transportation needs as required.

  • Handles staff supervision, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluation of staff, including keeping accurate records of time sheets on all staff.

  • Ensure grounds and facility are well-maintained and cleaned daily.

  • Manages and submits all reports, billing, and check requests to Corporate Office Accounting Department in a timely manner.

  • Ensures Companys policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you will need:



  • Bachelor's in Social Services or related discipline required or 6 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree required.


  • 3+ years of related field experience required.


  • Supervisory and training staff experience required, including performing annual evaluations on direct reports.

  • Experience with maintaining and supervising facility records to meet or exceed Quality Assurance guidelines.

  • Experience in developing administrative plans and procedures for staff.

  • Knowledge of Alcohol and Drug Licensing criteria and residential operations.

  • Ability to successfully pass background screening.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to pass TB test, physical, and drug screen prior to employment.

  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills and be customer-service oriented.

  • Must be proficient with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, and can multi-task.

  • Experience working in a people-oriented, fast paced and changing environment.

  • Regularly applies independent judgement in critical situations involving program operations and clients and will regularly communicate issues with Director.

  • Has valid Drivers license and must meet insurance guidelines established by the Corporation.

  • Must be able to travel occasionally.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English. Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
