JOB OVERVIEW

TE Connectivity's Medical business offers a broad range of innovative medical device products to meet the demands of the medical industry. Candidates have a unique opportunity to be a part of a startup team in this new medical tubing product line. The Wilsonville manufacturing teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for Quality, organization/housekeeping of the work area and following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Safety

Role Model 5S+1

Maintain organized and clean work area

Report all safety issues immediately

Do not operate in an unsafe environment

Wear all required PPE

Leave equipment in safe working condition

Approach any unsafe conditions live

Quality

Own integrity of process documentation

Treat tooling carefully

Complete pass down to incoming shift

Engage in NCR process as needed (support investigations, recommend solutions, etc.)

Output

Execute Dispatch per plan

Understand and Execute production orders per documented packages

Follow Escalation procedures properly

Complete Routing Feedback forms

Behavioral Norms

Full attention to job at hand

Request supervisor/lead for additional work when idle

Attendance Policy adherence

Seek Cross Training Opportunities

Openly communicate with Supervisors and Leads on issues/concerns

Requirements:

25 lbs unassisted, 50 lbs potential push/pull on carts
