Job Summary

Supervises day to day activities of subordinate employees. Responsible for collaborative sales efforts with team members. Responsible for individual rep performance as it relates to account management and churn reduction. Accountable for individual rep development. Works with customers to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and clearly articulate how a defied solution solves business requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high schoolFour years of sales management experience or equivalent (external) or two years of Sprint selling experience (internal) environmentOne year supervisory or management experience
