At Netspend, we empower millions of customers every day. We are seeking a highly energized product specialist to help lead our team and products into the future. This is an important role since it owns a key customer interaction, Netspend's digital capabilities, and reports to the Director of Digital Product.

As a Digital Product Manager at Netspend, your role is to execute strategy and drive the roadmap across mobile and web. Day to day, you will work with channels and partners to innovate and execute ideas across products and features. You ensure team collaboration and product vision. You strive for user satisfaction above all.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business, creative and technical teams to design, develop and launch new features and enhancements to our customers
  • Stakeholder new ideas and concepts across products and business channels
  • Develop product roadmap plans, release iterations and launch strategies
  • Engage in Design Thinking, UX testing, iterative design and development
  • Help resolve business and technical challenges across the organization
  • Be a leader in the company, providing the voice of the customer and contributing to the company's overall strategy

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in UX, Creative, Product or Development disciplines
  • Prior success in launching digital products
  • Strong love for product design, user experience and keeping things simple
  • Passionate about users and their feedback, both good and bad
  • Enjoy pouring over analytics to find key patterns to improve the product experience
  • Strive to solve complex problems in a simple way
  • Business savvy, but really a techie at heart
  • An MVP philosophy with an Agile approach at the core
  • Strong accountability and the desire to always improve
  • On top of industry trends, tools and technologies that can be leveraged to our advantage
  • Experience with digital payments, specifically card not present transaction processing
  • Strong bonus points for experience with tokenization, specifically Apple, Android and Samsung Pay
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and work across teams worldwide
