Position Details:


  • Responsible for greeting guests, signing-in guests, answering phones, keeping logs
  • Following information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Responding to various departmental customer service needs.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Must have a valid, non-restricted driver's license

Experience:

  • Previous Customer Services experience preferred
