RMS is seeking a reliable, motivated and team-oriented Systems Super-User to join our Warehouse Team. This position is within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Lebanon, Indiana / Whitestown, Indiana. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Systems Super-User is responsible for the efficient transmission of information and the storage and analysis of information by means of computer networks and systems, the Internet, and computer databases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, maintaining, and supporting the facility’s computer systems. The Systems Super-User will provide general maintenance and system updates on network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users. May gather data to evaluate a system’s performance, identify user needs, and determine system and network requirements. May be required to be “on call” outside of normal business hours in order to resolve system failures or other problems. Will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsible for maintaining system efficiency. Will ensure the site’s computer system allows all the components, including computers, the network, and software, to work properly together. Will test and coordinate modifications to the system when needed and troubleshoot problems when they occur.
Maintain communication with IT Service Provider and operations staff. Will work with IT Service Provider to resolve complex issues. May also determine ways to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data. Will produce regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Will ensure all RF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are current. Will train associates on updated SOP’s, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, and RF guns.
Will respond to all inquiries about WMS and/or other related computer related issues. Will refer questions to appropriate person when needed. Responsible for professional verbal and written communication with all internal and external customers. Will adhere to professional etiquette standards when communicating with Management members, coworkers, customer, and other visitors.
Assist with various research projects and/or special projects.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
Experience with warehousing, distribution or other project driven field preferred.
