Provide Pointnext Supply Chain Engagement with Escalation Teams. Scope includes engagement with Rusty Walters Escalation Management teams, to collaborate on providing Pointnext Supply Chain solutions for end customer material escalations. This would be inclusive of the Business Escalation Team, the Customer First Team and Technical Escalation Management team. The role would include, ensuring there is a regular interlock to align on key support requirements, and a GEO engagement process to interface, evaluate and execute material support requests effectively.
Engage with the CSC and Field delivery organisations to investigation and drive improvements for Pointnext Supply Chain.
Compile and publish monthly/quarterly Business Performance score cards for E&Q organization. Collaborate with Global E&Q leads to understand root cause and corrective action plans for measures that are not within favorable limits. Perform periodic metric reviews to test for relevance
Lead Employee Engagement improvement initiatives including tracking and reporting of people metrics. Promote, manage and report out on key VOW initiatives and maintain alignment with the GSD SC VOW council
Responsible for coordinating with the E&Q Director to develop the annual E&Q Business Plan in alignment with the goals of GSD SC leadership
Coordinates with the GSD SC Strategy organization to maintain E&Q alignment to the Location Strategy and providing commentary on outliers
Develop communication strategy for E&Q organization. Enhance online presence of E&Q on various web interfaces (E&Q website, Yammer etc.). Create and publish quarterly leadership newsletter featuring team accomplishments, cost savings, program status updates, Key Performance Indicator metric reviews, people initiatives etc.
Serves as the E&Q MRU focal into Finance. Reviews the monthly E&Q Budget with Finance to compare Actuals v/s Flash and assists with corrective actions as needed. Works with Finance to develop the Annual E&Q budget
Provide pertinent inputs for E&Q Staff topics and schedule guest speakers to further knowledge sharing and improve partnership building
Helps facilitate Quarterly QBRs and All Employee Meetings and works across Staff to collect inputs.

Coordinate E&Q Training requirements for GSD SC Employee council
Review the E&Q Facts Repository document on a Quarterly basis and provide GSD SC Strategy with updated information as needed
Review the monthly Headcount numbers for alignment with the Budget and provide forecast information to GSD SC Strategy based on employee exits and adds
Maintain the list of Active Headcount requisitions and provide weekly status (Collecting resumes, Interviewing, Offer extended etc.)
Maintain the E&Q travel forecast and reconcile monthly $$ actuals reported to budgeted $$
Maintain representation as the Bus Ops Record Retention Coordinator and align with the E&Q Record Retention Coordinator
Represent E&Q on the GSD SC Communications Forum
Leads projects and programs to implement Quality initiatives. Leads programs and projects regarding implementation of Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training. Supports leadership in driving quality culture and quality improvements within the organization. Responsible for identifying and improving process and program efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures that projects and programs align with the quality strategy and vision. Coaches and provides direction to the business or functional area on quality improvement projects in order to achieve desired business results. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort.
Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the quality improvement process and quality culture for multiple products or service offerings for a Business Unit.
Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Business Unit.
Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program resource management.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal development, manufacturing and service delivery partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.
Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards;provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
Typically 10+ years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
History of innovation with examples of developing new technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.
