What is the Account Coordinator role?

As an AC you ll partner with Advertising Account Executives and Account Planners to handle campaigns, making sure they re fulfilled appropriately to meet each client company s needs. You ensure processes run smoothly, from contracts to delivery, overseeing ad copy and including instructions about when and where specific ads will play. The broadcast and digital advertising schedules are at your command. You shepherd uploaded client commercials to the teams that get them on air. When an ad drops from the schedule and doesn t get played, you find a way to make it good with the client and the networks. You guide cross-functional teams to see that submitted documentation is complete and correct. As the project overseer, you will collaborate with:

* Credit teams to confirm your clients are able to financially secure Reach services and that their contracts are signed and complete

* Billing teams to make sure ad copy scripts are provided and campaigns are appropriately invoiced

* Traffic and Operations teams to verify media spots have been broadcast and made good

* Dedicated Account Planners & Regional Digital Account Coordinators to monitor campaigns and make sure they are delivering as pledged.

* Pricing/Inventory associates to review available inventory.

What s required to get started?

The minimum requirements for the role of Account Coordinator are:

* Highly focused attention to detail

* Strong analytical skills

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

* Comfortable building positive working relationships; cooperation with Sales team members and other support functions is critical

* Adaptable, responsive prioritization of multiple tasks with competing deadlines

* Experience in software similar to our sales support packages preferred

* Prior experience in Advertising Sales in Traffic or as a Sales Assistant a plus
