KDT is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team in Wichita, KS. The primary focus for this role will be administrative responsibilities. However, this position will have the opportunity to assist with research and analysis and partner with the investments team as well. If you are excited about driving efficiencies within the administrative role, utilizing technology and partnering with a dynamic team this is the role for you!

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


  • Managing KDT team calendars and assisting with time management 

  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with strategic partners by tracking contact and reminding team to reengage 

  • Coordinating and managing domestic and international travel and entertainment planning, execution, and costs 

  • Organizing meetings, preparing materials, ensuring IT setup and troubleshooting 

  • Coordinating company sponsored functions and hosting visitors 

  • Coordinating new hire onboarding needs 

  • Supporting the knowledge sharing capability by managing the tools and platforms utilized by the team (i.e. Salesforce, Teams, Dynamics) 

  • Overseeing office needs such as initiating and managing IT and Facilities requests, purchasing supplies, and creating a welcoming environment for customers


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing support to a team 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Available to work overtime to meet requirements of the job if needed  


What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Experience with domestic and international travel scheduling 

  • Experience in leading process improvements and implementation

  • Project management skills

  •  Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams 

  • Experience with CRM Software or sales experience

  • Experience with market research 

  • Experience supporting multiple people 

  • Experience planning and executing events
