Guide new tools/methodologies to use in knowledge management for Diebold Nixdorf Services division. Evaluate and implement processes and technologies for knowledge management. Monitor and track usage, support, and management of processes surrounding knowledge management. Be instrumental in data mining to support consolidation, enhancement, and expansion. Be the expert in knowledge management and usage in the Services division. Support Service Technology and Innovation initiatives with complimentary knowledge management strategies.
The responsibility is both on the tools and methodologies of knowledge management. While not directly responsible for content, having a strong understanding of surrounding usage and processes is key. The associate will propose the most appropriate structure for different types of information and make sure the processes for management of information are in place and followed. They will manage the consolidation of tooling, the deployment of functionality along with the supporting processes.
