Position Summary

This position is designed to support and assist OhioHealth Learning with daily operations regarding the coordination of system learning activities. This position coordinates and supports many programs with a primary focus in one of the following areas: Assisting the System Learning Director, Center for Medical Education and Innovation (CME&I) Coordinator, Student Placement Coordinator, Nurse JumpStart Coordinator, and Patient Support Assistant (PSA) Training Coordinator. The position reports to the Manager of Learning Logistics while supporting various learning activities and managers.

Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseAssociate's Degree
Field of Study: or equivalent experience in healthcare education, adult learning, or program admYears of Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in an Administrative Healthcare setting.

Specialized Knowledge: Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills are critical for this position. Training with specific software programs preferred: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, OhioHealth Intranet, Web-based surveys/learning programs. Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.

Kind and Length of Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in an Administrative Healthcare setting
