SUMMARY and PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position is predominately responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Works closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure compliance with pre-hire requirements and the new hire file. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of talent acquisition process.
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruiting team during all phases of the recruitment process, from partnering with recruiters to reaching out to potential candidates, working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
This particular Recruitment Coordinator will be focused on pre-hire requirements (fingerprinting, I-9 completion, taking ID badge photo), greeting and assisting potential candidates and new hires.
Education, Certification, Registration, License Highschool or GED
Field of Study: High school Years of Experience: 3+
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with minimum three or more (3+) years of relevant experience
Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills; outstanding customer service skills; multi-tasking ability; this person will be face of the Talent Acquisition team and will need to triage potentially challenging situations.
