We’re seeking qualified candidates for the role of Property Manager (full time) at Synergy!

Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED), a leading real estate development and property management company, has been developing and managing award-winning residential communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison, and the Green Bay areas since 1985.

We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team.  The Property Manager is part of our residential property management group and prepares individuals for potential advancement to larger area and regional property management assignments.

Job Description:

This position is empowered to act as a business leader responsible for the operation of their community.  Our Property Managers are responsible for delivering an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for their team. 

What you will do:


  • Lead and direct all business, sales, marketing, and customer service for the community

  • Utilize cutting edge recruiting tools and systems to lead all hiring and onboarding activities

  • Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by creating and maintaining a highly positive and vibrant work environment.

  • Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets

  • Assume full responsibility for the overall performance of the community and the well-being of residents

Education and Experience:


  • Required – high school or equivalent

  • Preferred – Associates or Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-5 years multifamily property management experience

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) helpful

Schedule:


  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
