We're growing — and growing quickly — so we're seeking motivated and highly talented people to join our team.  We’re currently looking for experienced candidates for a Full Time Assistant Property Manager position at Synergy Apartments in Wauwatosa, WI.

  • One or more years of apartment leasing experience required, assistant community management experience preferred

  • Lease-up experience is helpful

  • Track record of success in managing delinquencies and Accounts Receivable

  • A comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Regulations

  • A highly approachable personality equipped with strong decision making, time management, and organization skills

  • High school or equivalent (required), Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

In these Full Time Assistant Property Manager roles you will:


  • Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g., collecting rent, posting payments, processing final account statements and updating monthly financial statements

  • Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the sale

  • Manage delinquencies and work to achieve Accounts Receivable goals

  • Assist with resident renewal initiatives and plan and assist with organizing resident functions and events
