GTA is a leading independent provider of high-value engineering, technology, and business consulting services to the telecommunications industry. The company is based in Reston, VA and has a presence throughout the US and Internationally.
Manages daily operations of all markets or projects assigned by the Regional Manager or PM
Supports FEs within assigned markets or projects to manage scheduling and individual assignments
Depending on assignment, may operate across markets or regions for shift or weekend support of FEs
Manages PO receipt and work order completions for existing market and project assignments
Monitors and manages FE timesheets and expenses
Supports market or project level customer meetings and regular reporting.
Experience with Sprint systems and processes preferred, e.g. Sprint Vision, CSMS, SNTT, etc.
Experience with a variety of OEM RAN and CSR products a plus, e.g. Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Cisco, ALU
Experience with Remedy a plus
