Job Description:

Dogwood Canyon is currently looking for an experienced SERVER to join the team! This individual will wait on tables promptly, courteously and serve the guest in a professional manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform fine dining service following proper procedures.

  • Inform the guest of beverage offerings and be familiar with menus and specials. Upsell whenever possible.

  • Setup and prebus tables along with doing side work.

  • Fold napkins.

  • Smile and greet all guests in a pleasant manner, using surnames when obtained.

  • Follow liquor liability laws.

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds/ climb stairs.

  • Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

  • Polish flatware in assigned area. 

  • Complete assigned side work duties.

  • Regularly attend all departmental meetings.

  • Be able to count money and accurately perform basic accounting procedures.

  • Assist with the setup and the maintenance of buffet tables and food. 

  • Perform other duties as required.
