Life insurance premium finance is a valuable strategy for individuals who have a need for life insurance but wish to defer the majority of the cost of their premiums. Premium finance opens up many opportunities for the client; the most significant is leveraging a productive asset. By financing life insurance premiums, the client can continue to employ capital for existing and future investments.


  • Receive customer and agent requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person

  • Process mail, faxes, obtains policy numbers and update address changes


  • Analyze transactions, updates information, and submits posting corrections as required to resolve issues

  • Answer inbound ACD calls in a call center environment and/or transfers to appropriate staff

  • Enter or modify Check-By-Phone payments using computer system

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to supervisor and/or designated departments for further investigation in order to be resolved

  • Keep records of customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

  • Maintains liaison with other departments to resolve issues


  • 1 years customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

  • Basic computer skills, PC, Microsoft Word/Excel & Internet

  • Ability to effectively interpret data and analyze problems

  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with people of all skill levels and diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to comprehend policies, procedures, documents and guidelines
