Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting and analysis across Division. This is a hands-on position with wide breadth of responsibilities including global coordination with cross-functional Division teams.
  • Manages Budget, Forecast and Long Range Planning processes.
  • Evaluates the financial impact of business opportunities for the Division which may include projected return on investment / payback periods for proposed capital expenditures or other investments. Manage the process on post reviews on organic and inorganic investments. Recommends operational changes based on financial analyses. This includes scenario modeling and planning based on desired financial metrics and objectives; provide recommendations based on "what-if" scenarios.
  • Coordinate and Collaborate with Division GM & Functional leaders in developing action plans that will help achieving Division Annual Financial targets. Recommends operational changes based on financial analyses.
  • Interaction and collaboration with global finance counterparts to accomplish the business objectives of the BU. Act as a valued business partner.
  • Participate in M&A integration activities such as Due Diligence, ERP and Dashboard onboarding, facilities and legal entities optimization and assist in global processes implementation.
  • Provides feedback regarding the performance of Divisional Finance Staff, assists in establishing performance guidance and feedback
  • Participate and/or manage system/tool integrations as functional lead as applicable.
  • As a member of the BU Global Finance Staff, maintains and builds trust and collaborative relationships with peers and BU Management.
  • Performs other duties as directed.


Qualifications

  • University degree (equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree) in Finance, Accounting or related field and 8+ years of directly related or relevant experience; Operations experience is a plus
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business related field is required; graduate degree and/or professional certification is desired
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a true business partner
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial risks and gains when analyzing financial data
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and calculate the financial impact
  • Demonstrated ability to manage departmental objectives
  • Detailed knowledge of the fundamentals of accounting, finance and operational systems

  • Structured approach when coordinating, consolidating, analyzing and managing month-end or forecast processes

  • Knowledge about Oracle R12, Hyperion and PowerBI is seen as a plus
  • Knowledge about public company filing requirements is preferred
