The Sr. Procurement Technology Manager owns driving adoption, efficiency and process improvement across our ERP Systems used to procure (including Asset Suite, MP2, and SAP S/4HANA).


 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

 


• Provide direction and set expectations for the ERP System teams

• Develop and execute strategies to sustain and grow use of technology tools

• Challenge teams and customers to seek innovative approaches and complete transformation to address problems and opportunities. 

• Communicate with leadership on status of priorities, metrics and adoption
• Drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees to achieve better business results

• Apply strong communication skills including excellent active listening skills

• Develop and gain alignment to metrics that drive savings, project management and priorities

• Understand the needs of the procurement, sourcing and supplier users to anticipate their needs to drive user satisfaction through improved processes, products or services.

• Challenge employees and customers to seek innovative approaches to address problems, improve existing processes and to develop better strategies.


 

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain, Business, IT, IS, or Computer Science preferred)

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain or an information technology function

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving adoption/implementation of business process/initiatives or applications

• 3 years supervisory experience   

• MS Office experience to include Excel (creating spreadsheets to calculate data, summarize data, and graph data); and PowerPoint (creating presentations).

 

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

 


• Experience in a purchasing or sourcing function.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG

• Hands-on experience designing, structuring and executing strategies

• Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, initiative, customer focus and commitment to compliance.

• MS Access experience (creating queries of datasets)
