Your Opportunity

The Sub Prequalification Coordinator (Sub PQ Coordinator) works closely with Stantec's Project Managers and project staff. The Sub PQ Coordinator provides assistance and expertise in reviewing sub prequalification submittals, managing documents and providing feedback to project teams on requirements according to Stantec standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Entering data and uploading documentation to SharePoint
  • Reviewing submittals to verify all requested information is included; contacting internal resources for any missing information
  • Assigning subject matter expert assessment per specifications
  • Monitoring an internal email address and assisting with distributing requests
  • Keeping project teams informed of prequalification status and issues
  • Using a monitoring SharePoint tool to track and update specific entries

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite is required, including; SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service performance
  • Keen attention to detail and action tracking is a must
  • Thorough knowledge of English composition and grammar (French literacy would be highly valued)
  • Open to learning new concepts and providing ideas
  • Strong business ethics practices
  • In addition to above responsibilities, candidate must be flexible, have a 'can-do' philosophy, and be prepared to assist with other administration tasks in the office when necessary

Education and Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in clerical/administrative work

Minimum educational achievement equivalent to graduation from high school

HSE or Risk Management training or background would be an asset
