You are:

A collaborative individual who enjoysa fast-paced work environment while delivering high quality support to theOperations and Transportation teams.

You will:


  • Workclosely with the Transportation Team to support the inbound and outboundoperations for the Fulfillment, Delivery, and Returns business.
  • Spend 50%of the day supporting the local facility and the other 50% supporting theNational network.
  • Monitorand prioritize Presort Direct Mail moving as cross-dock volume through thefacility
  • Track andmonitor all arrivals and departures. Provide a daily detailed listing of allinbound and outbound loads to Facility Management.
  • Communicateall delays and issues to Operations (Facility Management), Account Management,Transportation and Presort services when applicable.
  • Ensurethat the Delivery customer pickups are picked up on time every day and that thecarriers have all of the information regarding the scheduled pickups to makethem successful.
  • SupportFacility Management and the Transportation Team in implementation of all newcustomers for both Returns and Delivery.

Your background:

As a Facility TransportationSpecialist you have:


  • At leasttwo years of experience related to Transportation or Customer Service.
  • Ability towork unsupervised for up to 10 hours
  • Ability toproblem solve and work under tight deadlines and schedules
  • Excellentcustomer service skills
  • Proficiencyin the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Goodunderstanding of database structures
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
