As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining workflow by assisting managers and supervisors with the coordination of warehouse duties such as taking inventory, creating packaging slips and reports, and picking customer orders. You will also perform heavy data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handle bills of lading.
