Job Overview: 

To provide administrative support to the functional areas of Human Resources, Operations, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Risk Control. To serve as a trained backup for Payroll and Warehouse Clerk positions.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Assist with filing and record keeping for each of the functional areas of the operation

  • Respond to visitors and callers to direct them where to go

  • Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports

  • Assist with basic administrative functions for each of the functional area leads

  • Run business errands for functional area leads

  • Must be able to train and serve as a back-up for Payroll and Warehouse Clerk

Job Requirements:

  • Reading, writing, math and communication skills at a proficient level

  • Ability to follow verbal or written instruction

  • Intermediate computer skills: word processing and/or spreadsheet

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and take direction from multiple sources

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
