To provide administrative support to the functional areas of Human Resources, Operations, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Risk Control. To serve as a trained backup for Payroll and Warehouse Clerk positions.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assist with filing and record keeping for each of the functional areas of the operation
Respond to visitors and callers to direct them where to go
Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports
Assist with basic administrative functions for each of the functional area leads
Run business errands for functional area leads
Must be able to train and serve as a back-up for Payroll and Warehouse Clerk
Reading, writing, math and communication skills at a proficient level
Ability to follow verbal or written instruction
Intermediate computer skills: word processing and/or spreadsheet
Ability to manage competing priorities and take direction from multiple sources
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Must possess a valid driver’s license
