Location: Bakersfield, California
SALES DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT: Responsibilities include processing sales documents, DMV documents and warranty registration for all truck sales. Position will also provide direct assistance to the sales personnel and finance manager, and have frequent contact with customers. Additional duties include answering a multi-line telephone system and taking customer payments (cash, check, and credit cards).
Applicants must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize multiple job tasks quickly and accurately. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. CA vehicle verifier experience a plus. Prior dealership experience required.
