Purpose:

~This purpose of this position is to manage the processes developing the reports, analysis and U.S. industry forecasts that will be utilized by the National Sales Division.

Major Responsibilities:

~Manages the process of delivering industry results and/or insights to the organization through reports and platforms. ~Manages the process of delivering targeted analysis to identity and make recommendations for potential short and long term organizational headwinds and/or opportunities. ~Develops and establishes the process in creating short and long term industry forecasts that are utilized for strategic planning. ~Coordinate cross-functional activities to accomplish common company goals. ~Support regional team members on reports and platforms to improve their analytical rigor at the market and regional level. ~Effectively manage direct reports to maximize output while developing individual team member’s professional growth.

 

Authority:

~Manages and develops other employees at all levels. Manages one or more functional area and/or several significant projects or processes.

 

Education:

~Bachelor’s degree required

~Master’s degree a plus (or equivalent).

 

Related Experience:

~Eight plus years of related work experience and/or advanced training.

~Two plus years of supervisory experience desired.

 

Skill/Knowledge:

~Advanced communication skills with influence and negotiation ability.

~Coordinates and builds relationships with a variety of broader internal and external partners/stakeholders, which may include senior executives.

~Identifies and solves complex problems, sometimes making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or with incomplete information.

~Champions process improvement and contribute to establishing new standards.

~Applies deep knowledge of specialty area and/or broad knowledge of several areas to achievement of departmental results.

~Typically experienced managing teams.

~Proficient with SAP, CAARs, PIN Explorer and MS Office.

~Strong analytical rigor with statistical concepts and modeling familiarity.
