Your Role

  • Support manufacturing on a daily basis.

  • Accountable for output, yields, uptime and quality.

  • Conduct process optimization that improves cost, output, yields, uptime, and quality.

  • Support and ensure applicable engineering compliance with all ISO 9001-2000 requirements, including continuous improvement projects.

  • Solve short and long term process issues through solid root cause analysis and implement solutions that eliminate such issues.

  • Develop and implement new processes required to run or improve existing products.

Key Skills Required:


  • Engineering degree BSChemE, BSChem, BSMatSc, or BSME from four-year college or university;

  • With engineering degree, one to two years related engineering experience and/or training for level 1; 3-5 years for level 2; 7-10 years for level 3

  • Experience with machine motion control systems, mechanics, electronics and software.

  • Technical knowledge of sheet/foil materials and coating processes and equipment.

  • Statistical knowledge for conducting DOE, experiments for process improvements, root cause analysis, etc.
