Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process all lease/amendment paperwork, monitor all files, and provide additional follow-up as directed.

  • Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation of all acquisition activity. Collect materials such as, site information, building codes, drawings, correspondence,  meeting schedules and legal documents according to standard SBA documentation procedures.

  • Monitor the submittal and transmittal of data, drawings, reports, applications, schedules and correspondence.

  • Prepare regulatory applications/filings and coordinate their submittal. Prepares legal documents and coordinates their review and execution using SBA operating procedures.  Interfaces with the client and the project staff to define contract issues and facilitates the negotiation process.

  • Prepare purchase order request and maintain a log.

  • Follow up on approvals, requests and deliverables of project documents.

  • Utilize internal and external databases and project management systems per the assigned scope of work.

  • Data entry and QA/QC of data.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Depending on the Project, this role may also have Project Specific Related activities not limited to:

  • Work in customer specific databases, run reports and create/update project and site trackers.

  • Collect data for forecasting milestones and the achievement of those milestones.

  • Daily interaction with Project staff, vendors, customers, subcontractors.

  • Support or participate on internal/external conference calls and in-person meetings. Process Change Orders and all project billing based on milestone achievement.

  • Process Waver and Release of Lean documents and project Close Out Files/Paperwork.

  • High School Diploma or GED required, BA/BS helpful.

  • Exposure to the telecommunications industry, leasing work preferred.

  • Must demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Internet and e-mail programs.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel via phone, in person, and via written correspondence.


Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

  • Instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations.


Mathematical Skills: 

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables insituations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
