Position Overview:



  • Regardless of your current title – Area Administrative Manager, Regional Administrative Manager, Area Office Manager, Area Office Administrator, Regional Office Manager, Regional Office Administrator… Your Experience is what’s important. If you have a strong background in overseeing the coordination of administrative work as it pertains to numerous offices with multiple administrative departments across several states, this opportunity may really appeal to you. Ideally we are interested in Service Industry and/or Manufacturing/Production where a multitude of administrative functions are handled daily by customer service call takers, A/P, A/R, Billing/Invoicing…in support of all sales and operational activities.

  • Will directly manage two (2) Area Business Support personnel with a focus on procedural and process consistency and employee development.

  • Will provide guidance and support to Regional Administrative Managers, Call Center Managers, Branch Administrative Managers and District Administrative Managers within the Area who are individually responsible for the day to day management of administrative staff at the various office locations.

  • Must have a well-rounded business acumen and bring effective team building strategies to the position, as well as understand and drive administrative process improvement initiatives assuring customer service standards are met.

  • Manage, in conjunction with Area Business Support positions Employee Programs, including Training, Onboarding and Ambassador Programs to ensure they are administered in accordance with Corporate Training and HR Departments to guide the over-all employee experience, including retention and productivity.

  • Ensure procedural and process consistency with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies. Have input and oversight in determining staffing levels. Foster a cooperative and harmonious, working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience of which a minimum of three (3) years managing multiple locations is required.

  • Must have a strong aptitude for software to include MS Office with Excel proficiency and ideally will have CRM/ERP implementation experience.

  • Travel at a minimum is 50%, but must be willing to travel as much as 65% long-term for this position. Currently the Central Area includes KS, MO, IL, NM, TX, but growing, so must be willing to travel to additional locations as offices are added.

  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license required.

  • Analytical ability to evaluate administrative processes, procedures, area financial budget, survey feedback and other metrics and determine cause/effect relationships. Able to isolate key information and determine the impact of process or procedural changes.
