This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have a full-time status. Bachelor's Degree required. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities: The student will contribute to a NSF-funded study on the metrics frameworks that are used to communicate the health and security posture of enterprise networks. A major part of this work will be a historical analysis of how we ended up using the existing protocols and software that we do today: assessing the technical and cultural context of those decisions.

Some of the research will involve reading policy documents, meeting minutes, listserv postings, and the like. As such, in addition to a background in computer science, the student should have great research skills, and excellent reading, interpretation and communication abilities in English.

We expect 10-12 hours/week, but this can vary based on your own workload. Please note in your application why you think you would be well suited for this particular work, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
