To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with Patient Communications Strategists, reporting to the Patient Communications Manager.
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this role:
Collaborate with the Patient Marketing Department to develop and implement patient communications strategies that focus on attracting and retaining patients.
Execute omnichannel patient marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings through utilization of social media, content, email, print, text and all other available channels.
Plan, write and deploy email nurturing campaigns that focus on patient retention
Analyze the patient journey by coordinating with Heartland Dental departments and Patient Marketing sub-departments to create alignment across all patient communication channels.
Consistently optimize results by focusing on measuring, assessing, evaluating and adjusting campaigns to yield maximum results.
Collaborate with education and operations to develop and implement training materials for supported offices
Develop relationships with patient communication vendors and act as account manager.
Conduct trials and tests of new services/vendors and communication methods for improving the ROI for marketing initiatives.
Partner with field operations and supported offices by sharing best practices of the Heartland Dental systems for patient communications.
Completion of one of the following: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field OR Associate's Degree in related field with 1+ years of experience OR 2-3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and navigate complex situations.
Creative thinker with a preference for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to inform and influence at all levels.
2-5 years of marketing experience
Working knowledge of social media, , and e-mail marketing tools
