Gartner Digital Markets supports the technology needs of small and medium sized organizations. The Account Management team functions in a hybrid of customer relations, sales, and consulting to ensure that Gartner Digital Markets' clients are successful with their efforts to generate leads and grow their businesses. We're looking for a tenacious leader to coach and develop our team, as well as champion strategic initiatives that will make an impact on how we grow with our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Individual coaching: 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, performance reviews

  • Overseeing the training and on-boarding of new hires

  • Facilitate team training efforts and ongoing collaboration across departments

  • Improve team processes to foster continuous improvement of account growth and retention

  • Develop talent and curate moral to ensure individual Account Manager engagement and growth

  • Collaborate with tech and product teams on product feedback, updates, bug fixes, and new product launches

  • Collaborate with marketing on client collateral and education, new product notifications, etc.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years professional experience in an account management or client facing role

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Management experience a plus
