RECRUITER/ TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

Our Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on forming solid working relationships with various hiring managers as well as candidates. Keys to your success include an engaging and energetic communication style and a desire to learn all aspects of SYNNEX Corporation.

GET INSPIRED BY THE WORK YOU LL DO

Manage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing customer and candidate expectations, extending offers through to onboarding for assigned business units

Excellent presentation skills

Highly organized and able to multi task

Fluent in using social media techniques to attract top talent

Expert in negotiation skills

Work closely with hiring managers to determine individual needs and team fit; work closely with the Management team to actively source and vet candidates for vacancies

Design and initiate digital video experiences for candidates in partnership with HireVue

Coordinate with the Human Resources Business Partner for the onboarding and new hire orientations of all new associates of the SYNNEX team

Create and develop relationships with recruiting contacts in the community

Identify key recruiting sources (including offsite recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with our recruiting needs

YOUR PASSION IS SPARKED BY:

Bachelor s degree plus two four (2-4) years of experience working as a Talent Partner in a fast-paced corporate environment; additional experience in a staffing or contract placement firm would be beneficial

Successful track record in matching/ sourcing candidates and persuasive selling style when negotiating with candidates

Working knowledge of Workday or similar ATS is preferred; preferred candidates will have exposure to Workday in a corporate environment

Good ability to actively engage candidates and quickly determine individual motivation, drive and desire to succeed

Highly responsive to incoming communication with the ability and drive to turnaround requests within a short period of time

Demonstrated cooperative and collaborative decision making skills with a proven sense of urgency for goal achievement

Ability to act as a Business Partner to advise, collaborate and challenge hiring managers

Demonstrated ability to work within federal, state and local guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity
