  • Develops comprehensive enablement plan for program and secures business partner and SME approval

  • Engages SMEs to gather detailed program requirements and define enablement objectives

  • Solicits field requirements and insights from target audience— via surveys, interviews, and focus groups— to drive program/content design and development

  • Partners with SMEs across the business to develop content and resources

  • Conducts pilots to gather field feedback and refine programs/content

  • Maintains detailed program/project plans, manages achievements, dependencies, and timelines to ensure smooth execution

  • Communicates program/project scope, schedule, resource, and budget changes, risks & issues 

  • Provides updates and tracking on program/project execution for partners and SMEs

  • Engages field champions to help drive enablement program and content adoption

  • Leads all aspects of the rollout and execution of enablement programs/projects, whether virtual or in-person

  • Conducts train-the-trainer sessions, as needed, to support launch readiness

  • Works with sales & partner management SMEs to develop tools and resources to help sales & partner management coach their teams

  • Provides sales & partner management with information to advocate enablement programs with their teams

  • Builds comprehensive just-in-time communications for owned programs/projects

  • Develops plans to utilize communication and enablement platforms to drive enablement program/project adoption

  • Tracks and reports completion status for enablement programs/projects and provides updates to key partners

  • Analyzes data and provides business insights/recommendations


  • Sales and partner enablement experience, preferred in the IT field

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Advanced English
