In this exciting role with our Pricing, Membership, and Contracts Operations team you will have responsibility for implementing pricing, maintaining contracts and membership, and ensuring proper customer access to accurate pricing in the system in collaboration with Sales, Offer Development, Legal, Group Purchasing Organizations and the Corporate National Accounts team. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of pricing and contracting in the Medical Device industry and have the opportunity to build a career in operational excellence by rotating throughout a variety of functions.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Administers, extends, and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts for direct and indirect customers

  • Conducts contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper pricing in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Maintenance and review of membership changes to key health systems to ensure proper contract access

  • Ensures the accuracy of contracts and pricing; works with Internal Departments, Medtronic Distributors, Corporate National Accounts, and Sales to investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies

  • Prepares reports; advises management of process and system issues, compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information

  • Collaborates with internal and external customers and vendors to provide world class customer service and quality assurance support regarding pricing and membership

  • Proactively identifies root cause, trends, issues, barriers and knowledge gaps in an effort to reduce discrepancies and increase customer satisfaction

  • Provides governance and support for outsourced work

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 0+ years contracts, pricing or business-related experience.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelors in Business or related acumen

  • Previous contracts, pricing or business experience

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • A team player, comfortable in a fast-pace, continuously changing environment.

  • Demonstrates strong customer focus.

  • Experience reviewing data for accuracy.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Microsoft Access knowledge a plus.
