DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Administrative Support Representative for our National Accounts Securities department! You will assist in the management of customer accounts by fostering long-term relationships with customers, manufacturing partners, and internal employees.
Provide administrative support to staff, department and management
Promote all products and services and provide accurate proposals to the customer
Answer customer phone calls, emails, and all communication with a positive and professional demeanor regardless of the circumstances
Become a subject matter expert for pricing and understanding door hardware
Process customer orders, warranties, and other related requests
Assist with monthly inventory counts
Enter adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate billing
Assist the department in developing, maintaining and following standard operating procedures
Provide maintenance and management of customers records and documents
Other tasks/duties as they are assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years administrative office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Successful candidate will have a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills
Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
