Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Supervisor.

Responsibilities


  • Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products, which may include lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures

  • Work with Outside Sales associates to secure and maintain showroom and builder business

  • Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while handling complaints timely and accurately

  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, address and resolve customer complaints

  • Maintain vendor relations

  • Actively keep displays updated

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree is recommended

  • Retail Sales and Management experience is strongly preferred

  • Ability to work across department lines, manage time and people

  • Enable to initiate and embrace change, coaching skills and desire to train others

  • The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
