Annual Enrollment Period Senior Advisor

Position Overview:

Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Operating Effectiveness matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Operating Effectiveness assignments.


  • Implement & evolve business readiness standards in PMO, AEP, Portfolio Governance

  • Consult with functional areas for business readiness needs across the business segment with an emphasis on key, high priority initiatives and projects.

  • Guide project teams to ensure the implementations of business readiness standards across programs.  

  • Drive cohesive, multi-functional readiness roadmaps including key partnerships, such as HR, Real Estate, Business Communications, Learning Solutions, Change Management, IT, Operations, etc. to ensure readiness for change or new ways of working.

  • Assist business in addressing long-standing UAT capability gaps.

  • Produce program-level business readiness training materials, job aids, and communications.

  • Establish baseline metrics, understand the business priorities, monitor key metrics, and report on the adoption of business readiness processes and standards


  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience in healthcare environment

  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Readiness experience

  • Strong influencer and collaborator, able to work through others and build relationships within the organization.

  • Ability to effectively lead initiatives in a matrix environment through influence and teamwork

  • Strong engagement and communication skills, with proven ability to create clear and concise messages for multitude of stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas

  • Experience in change management evaluation, planning and execution. ADKAR experience desired.

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

  • Previous Annual Enrollment or 1/1 Readiness experience a plus
