Job Description:

Summary

The Business Analyst, Pathways, will be responsible for:


  • Documenting and maintaining ImageONE, Isaac and web protal workflows.

  • Assist business/client teams in understanding workflows and overall system functionality.

  • Consult and colaborate with business/client teams on complex enhancements.

Minimum Experience Required

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, or related field of study.

  • Master's Degree preferred.


Experience: 1-3 years of e xperience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Call Center Operations, IT Software Development Management, Health Services Management, Data Analytics, Healthcare Economics, and / or Management Consulting.

Required Skills


  • Demonstrated leadership potential and aptitude for working in the technology and healthcare field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office® Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
