Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Key Accounts Service Team Sr Mgr. As a Key Accounts Services Team Sr Manager, you will provide critical support for our Key Account team. This position will be directly responsible for the culture and engagement within the team by ensuring direct reports are properly managed and developed to effectively support the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement policies for the Key Account Service Team. Set goals and monitor the goal accomplishment and metrics that help drive success.
Hold teams accountable for performance.
Responsible for employees training and development. Structures the training agenda for department members.
Partner with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company's objectives.
Oversee customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Develop and implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Department.
Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the systems and processes. Set performance standards to meet service goals of company.
Coach the team in order to achieve high performance.
Measure the department s performance and make employment decisions. Partner with the Human Resources and Recruitment Department to co-manage all staff issues, including staffing and selection, goal setting, annual reviews, compensation planning, and career development.
Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Provide feedback to the Vice President to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
Actively manage costs to meet budget goals.
Work continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales and supervisory procedures and practices.
Assist managers in troubleshooting orders that require special handling.
Respond to customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion.
Act as a resource in resolving customer issues brought to by the managers by utilizing knowledge and strong skills in negotiating.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good working knowledge of the construction and rental industry.
Previous experience in a manager and leadership role.
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using sound judgment that is consistent with business standards, practices, policies, procedures and regulations.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Communicates clearly and concisely.
Demonstrates effective listening skills.
Embraces change and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service levels.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize Sunbelt s point of sales system (Wynne).
Maintains a strong customer service ethic, by demonstrating a positive approach
toward the customers needs.
Must be a strong team player and enjoy supporting others to get things done .
Demonstrate strong organizational skills paying close attention to details in order to minimize mistakes.
Bachelor s degree required, minimum of 5 years management experience preferred.
