Candidate will participate in internal and external audits, and occasionally be required to travel domestically and internationally.
Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and 8D forms is a plus.
Familiarity with Quality Management Standards ISO9001, AS9100, Nadcap and / or TS16949 with the ability to participate in and develop our process to meet new Quality Management Standards is necessary.
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, AS9102, and other First Article inspection reports as required.
This position requires the use of a variety of gauges and gauging techniques, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, roundness testers, profilometers, surface finish analyzers, hardness testers, optical comparators, and CMM’s.
Candidate should be able to prepare and assess statistical information on machine capabilities.
Metallurgical background is a plus. Knowledge of NDT methods a plus.
Project Management skills and familiarity with Government Contract Review are a plus.
Experience using an MRP or ERP system is helpful.
0-5 years of experience in a Quality or Manufacturing role is desired.
College Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience), fluency in English, and proof of US citizenship is required.
