Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager. As a Regional Recruiting Manager, you will work with regional leadership team to develop action strategies and solutions aligned with overall talent management goals to achieve specific operational and financial goals. This position will be charged with leading efforts to increase and assist the field with one or more of the following talent management areas: Recruitment, competencies, talent assessments, succession management, performance management, development planning, and workforce analytics.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program and project Management with various talent management initiatives to include competencies, talent assessments, succession management, performance management, development planning, workforce analytics, learning management and primarily recruitment and recruitment processes and programs.

Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment programs for all levels. Source talent at all levels of the organization; conduct phone screen, submit candidates, assist management in hiring process, etc.

Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Sunbelts recruitment efforts by applying a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends.

Full life cycle recruitment; manage open requisition process and maintain open position reports; Identify, evaluate and ensure that recruitment costs are within budget; research and recommend alternative solutions for recruitment issues; job posting and internet recruitment management.

Work with leadership and management to implement consistent processes and tools that support quality recruiting while ensuring compliance with company policies and requirements for federal, state and local regulations.

Partner with leadership to implement and execute a college/trade/technical recruitment strategy. This includes determination of needs, schools, day to day execution.

Measure the effectiveness of recruitment programs as well as talent management programs

Work with Human Resources team to ensure talent acquisition programs and practices are aligned with onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate or third party environment (construction/heavy equipment environment preferred) implementing a wide range of staffing programs.

Proven experience in one or more of the following talent management areas - competencies, talent assessments, succession management, performance management, development planning, and workforce analytics.

Proven track record in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Knowledge of employment law and acceptable hiring practices

Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong consultative skills

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency a must.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, tact and diplomacy.

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, intranet and internet
