Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Leadership and eviCore Hiring Leaders to establish and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for the entire organization. Tasked with the core responsibility of identifying talent, engaging talent, assessing talent and hiring talent in mutual partnership with eviCore's Hiring Leaders to meet business needs. This position will be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical positions for the business, including but not limited to; Exempt and Non-Exempt, Internal and External, and Entry level to Senior Leader. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also help drive special projects, iniatives, and programs specific to Talent Acquisition and HR as a whole in addition to their recruiting duties.
Minimum Experience Required
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) :
Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Prior experience in a staffing agency and/or corporate recruiting environment(s) strongly preferred; must be able to source and screen passive talent in highly competitive talent markets
Technical skills - Applicant Tracking System experience required, iCIMS preferred; Microsoft Suite experience required.
Demonstrated experience participating in a full-cycle recruiting process focusing on acquiring all levels and types of professional talent
Experience utilizing different recruiting sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, HealtheCareers, Facebook, Twitter, and Internet Search Engines
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, and HR colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively partner with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Demonstrate high energy and desire to succeed, hard working, detail oriented, precise, and very organized with strong ability to multi-task and problem solve in a demanding environment.
Be able to e xhibit sound and accurate judgment.
Develops realistic action plans.
