Position Summary:

Summary: To achieve world class Customer Service within a Team environment by answering phones in a timely fashion, process orders efficiently and communicate customer complaints to provide immediate resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Fields incoming calls to assure effective and efficient handling of calls and timely processing of orders.

Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.

Support managers needs such as customer complaint resolution and exceeding customer expectations.

Acts as customer contact regarding pricing and shipping.

Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.

Handles various special projects as assigned by manager.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; prefer BA or Associates degree; and six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; and Order processing systems. Must be proficcient in Excel.
