KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

* Define and lead the process control approach in the shop and initiate qualification of the process evolutions. The products delivered by the shop comply with the quality planning model and are manufactured to obtention standards. Sound MMW practices are applied.

* Exploit the shop quality and productivity results on a daily basis.Define and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

* Responsible for defining, planning and leading plant turnarounds including safe shutdown and start-up of plant Lead the TQO Process Engineering team in troubleshooting process challenges (chemical and mechanical) and implementation of process improvements.

* Lead the team of Senior and Junior TQO s (Process Engineers) and take responsibility for their development.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

* Results of internal, and external audits as well as notice of violation.

* Scoring of SMQDC and key PA deliverables

* TRSp, IQP, Claims, Leaks, Off Spec Inventory, %Prod, and TRSpP, Solvent cost variance

* Polyvalence, people development, % deployment of OR stages in the workshop.

* IGCQ qualitative section Pursuant to the manager s guide.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

* Assist the Operations Manager in defining and implementing necessary actions in order to achieve Annual Plan objectives (Activity and Progress).

* Define and lead the process control approach in the shop and initiate qualification of the process evolutions.

* Implement the quality approach and steer customer / supplier relationships for the shop.

* Exploit the shop quality and productivity results on a daily basis.Define and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

* Participate in Quality Planning and contribute to product and process industrialization.

* Lead the team of Senior and Junior TQO s (Process Engineers) and take responsibility for their development.

* Responsible for defining, planning and leading plant turnarounds including safe shutdown and start-up of plant

* Act as Operations Manager during absence from the plant and adjunct member of the PSMT.

* Lead the TQO Process Engineering team in troubleshooting process challenges (chemical and mechanical) and implementation of process improvements.

* Participate in industrialization projects for new product introduction to the plant processes.

* Demonstrates the use of MMW tools and methods.

* Takes part in definition and implementation of preventive and corrective action plans.

Job Requirements :

* Applicant must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

* At least 2 years Manufacturing and/or petrochemical experience

* Must be 18 years of age

* Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts which included holidays and every other weekend

* Must be able to pass a hair drug screen

Job Salary and Benefits:

* Salary Range $18.38 - $22.27

* 12 hour working days vary each week rotate from days and nights

* Overtime is required
