Manufacturing Technician-Green Bay Broadway Mill

Start your career as a Manufacturing Technician at our Green Bay Broadway facility. This entry level position has an hourly rate of $19.00. We also offer a competitive benefits package, overtime opportunities and two weeks of prorated vacation time in your first year. Successful team members may be eligible for performance-based pay and successful individuals have advancement opportunities.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes: 


  • Operating equipment to defined standards and product specification targets

  • Troubleshooting equipment to maintain production

  • Adjusting machinery and making minor equipment repairs

  • Performing equipment changeovers 

 

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:


  • Willing and able to work a twelve (12) hour rotating shift, weekends, holidays and overtime

  • Willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment

  • Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment

  • Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day  


 

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience working a rotating shift

  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
