What you'll be doing:
As the Global Sales Manager, you will manage the sale and distribution of all products sold internationally by Fort Wayne Metals by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals, and training programs for all Export Direct Sales Representatives, Export Distribution Partners, and all Export Manufacturing Representatives employed by or contracted by the company. You’ll get the opportunity to provide direction and support the Sales Team in interfacing with customers and preparing proposals – which includes face to face customer visits and commercial presentations. Finally, the Global Sales Manager will Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations and conduct meetings with appropriate cross-functional teams.
