Purpose of Position-
Ideate, develop and implement new and improved food and beverage products and platforms that help deliver a distinctive QSR experience to our guests across the globe.
What You’ll Be Working On-
This position is the lead product expert responsible for recommending, planning and managing the development of new and improved food and beverage products and processes. Supervise staff of approximately 20 chefs, food scientists and commercialization experts. Works with culinary and brand innovation team to ensure R&D initiatives are aligned with brand strategies. Ensures product specifications, performance specifications and initial quality assurance efforts are developed with internal teams and external manufacturers for new product field testing. Leads research and planning of new technology by identifying new ingredients and process technology.
What You’ll Need-
Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
Degreed credentials and expertise in food science, nutrition and culinary arts
At least 10 years progressive management experience with consumer packaged goods and/or quick service restaurant categories
Demonstrated track record of producing business-driven growth programs from concept to execution
